Our traditional South African recipes use only the finest ingredients to create a meal to delight any palate.

Start your adventure with boerewors and chakalaka, a traditional South African farmer's sausage served with spicy tomato and onion salsa and sweet corn miele pap or kudu carpaccio, which is one of South Africa's biggest antelopes dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parmesan shavings and basil pesto.

For your main course why not try the springbok (antelope) loin with slow roasted buttery root vegetables garnished with red onion marmalade and spinach puree or grilled butterfish with asparagus tips, sun blushed tomatoes and sliced mushrooms on peeled prawns glazed with a creamy sauvignon and chenin blanc sauce. Make sure to save room for dessert!
